Being great at anything is not easy. You have to be willing to go to the red line and hold. You have to possess staying power because staying power wins. The Spec Ops community has been at that red line since this war started over 11 years ago. The average deployment is over 250 days and now longer & harder with sequestration. Over 75 five SEALs have given their lives to our country. Over 55 wives have lost their husbands. Over 100 children have lost their Dads and that is just the SEALs. Think of the families that have endured this and the children of these brave families. Think of the sacrifice. They have been at the red line for a long time folks and we are asking you to help them. So help them. Test yourself on Saturday May 25th; find your own red line, hold and think of them.
Join StandUP4SEALs and ‘Get in the Fight’ by racing, paddling, running or just cheering at the StandUP4SEALs Beach Challenge at 4th Street Beach in Ocean City. A fun sand run will also be held for children under 12. Paddle board drop off at Brighton Place beginning at 7am. Event to start at 7:30am and race at 8am.
